Welcome to all Hardisty / Hardesty Genealogists (and all variants on the name)

This aim of this site is to provide details of the Hardisty / Hardesty Family Tree for all to share and contribute to.  It is my intention to build as big a tree as physically possible and link all the Hardisty's and Hardesty's together, detailing their relationships to William Hardisty/Hardesty of Hampsthwaite (circa 1577), Yorkshire, England, or whoever happens to be at the top of the tree.

Where possible, I have produced files of the smallest size that I am capable of producing, to save you waiting around whilst pages load up.  I have used Adobe Acrobat to generate some files, which means that you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 4.0 minimum) installed to read them.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher, there is a link to the left which will take you to Adobe's website where you can download a free copy.

This site would not be half the site it is without the valuable contributions from my new-found relatives and some people that I hope will one day be related.  Please feel free to contact me to add / amend / update any information contained on this site or to send me copies of documentation that I can use to publish on this website.

* * * A new section to this website has been added that allows you to add / delete / modify information contained within the source data file that is used to generate the information held on this website.  Please see the menu to the left to find out more details. * * *

N.B. I make no guarantees about the information contained on this site and the relationships between individuals.  Only where I have done personal research or I have seen documentary evidence about individuals can I guarantee the information.  The information on this site should be used as a framework for your own research only.

Site created by Alan Hardisty of Kent - England.  (10th Great Grand-son of William Hardisty/Hardesty assuming all research is correct).
